As a director of RICOH IDS he motivates his team to share that goal and stakes his reputation on achieving it.
Director - Dan holds a core promise at the heart of the business he helped start in 2005: RICOH IDS delivers what it says it will. He takes a hands-on role in making that happen, using his 14 years in the industry to lead the team to always put themselves in their client’s shoes to figure out the right product at the right price - and ultimately save them money.
Rotorua-based Account Manager Jason is a Rotorua local and a highly experienced account manager. With over 14 years in the industry, and with a background as a trainer and analyst, Jason is a pro at finding the best product to fit his clients’ needs. No challenge is too big for Jason, in fact his favourite part about the job is designing bespoke solutions for his customers. His personable approach, and “do what you say” attitude is why Jason’s clients keep coming back to him time and time again.
Tauranga-based Account Manager Winston is an experienced account manager based in our Tauranga office. He brings with him a wealth of sales expertise from his time in Canada, and has been based here in the Bay of Plenty since 2011. Customers are always number one to Winston, and he takes pride in bringing innovative solutions to all businesses to help them meet their own needs as well as those of their clients.
Tauranga based Account Manager Jesse lives and breathes the industry, having worked in the photocopier business since he left school. As an Account Manager, he is quick-thinking, friendly and all about finding solutions. Spending time to understand clients’ organisations and industries is key for Jesse. For him, there is nothing better than getting out and about to find the best results for his customers.
Service Manager Howard works into one of our core values ‘Kaizen” – continuous and never ending improvement - to monitor and upskill his talented team of technicians. He ensures RICOH IDS achieves the high standards we set for ourselves to deliver unrivalled service delivery . The professional standard he sets for them is simple: repair the copier promptly and efficiently. And with 29 years in the constantly-evolving industry, he knows the secret to providing exceptional customer service is pretty simple too: fast response time, communication and consistency.
Business Manager Ali joined RICOH IDS at a crucial juncture. The team was growing and the administration needed to be able to grow with it. Every day she uses her accounting background and knack for constant process improvement to ensure the business is a streamlined operation that can react efficiently to whatever clients and the team need.
