Jim, a Tauranga local of more than 45 years, started in the copier industry three decades ago. As a technician, then a salesman, he discovered the secret to job satisfaction - fixing problems by finding the best business solution for every client. As a Director of IDS, Jim motivates his team to share that goal and stakes his reputation on achieving it.

Dan Martin

DIRECTOR

Dan holds a core promise at the heart of the business he helped start in 2005 - IDS delivers what it says it will. He takes a hands-on role in making that happen. Using his 20+ years in the industry, Dan leads the team to always put themselves in their client’s shoes; to figure out the right product at the right price; and ultimately save them money.

Ali Holmes-Sciascia

BUSINESS MANAGER

Business Manager Ali joined IDS at a crucial juncture. The team was growing and the administration needed to be able to grow with it. Every day she uses her accounting background and knack for constant process improvement to ensure the business is a streamlined operation that can react efficiently to whatever clients and the team need.

Winston Goodfellow

Area Sales Manager

Winston is an experienced account manager based in our Tauranga office. He brings with him a wealth of sales expertise from his time in Canada, and has been based here in the Bay of Plenty since 2011. Customers are always number one to Winston, and he takes pride in bringing innovative solutions to all businesses to help them meet their own needs, as well as those of their clients.

As an experienced account manager with 9 years experience in sales, Taylor has a proven record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with his clients. With excellent communication skills, Taylor is able to understand and anticipate clients needs and provide tailored solutions to aid in achieving their business goals. Taylor’s attention to detail, organisational abilities and strategic thinking enables him to deliver results on time. His dedication to customer satisfaction makes Taylor a highly effective account manager.
